Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on your location

Express Shipping (1-3 business days): Available at checkout for faster delivery

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@nzuridrip.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over ₦10,000, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@nzuridrip.com. We'll help you process the exchange as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
